Lee believes that no two organisations are the same and that it may harm a system to apply a blanket or textbook solutions to people challenges. Her preferred way of working is to be a thinking partner for the decision makers in diagnosing, strategizing and implementing solutions.
This is done though asking insightful questions, reflection, researching best practice, drawing on her years of success and failures, studying the body of knowledge and then suggesting options to the client.
She favours and approach based on the principles of Action Learning – stating the real critical problem, including a diverse problem-solving team in a conversation which promotes curiosity, inquiry and reflection, converting talk into action and ultimately a solution and a commitment to learning.
As an action learning coach she will play an active role in the design, implementation and reflection on lessons learned at the close of the program.
